I am a counsellor in Nottingham, providing caring, professional and confidential counselling for people experiencing depression, anxiety, anger, stress, relationship or communication difficulties, loss and many other issues. I offer counselling, CBT, psychotherapy and personal coaching in a professional, safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment.

 

I am trained in a variety of counselling, coaching and psychotherapuetic methods and can tailor my approach to each individual.  People seek counselling, CBT, psychotherapy and personal coaching for many different reasons, everyone is different.  The important thing is that you get the type and level of support that's right for you.


Whatever you are facing, you are not alone.  Many, many people suffer at some point in their lives with depression, anxiety, anger and stress; or find themselves struggling to communicate with a loved on or in fear of a relationship breaking down.  And we all have to deal with loss at some point in our lives, whether that is through bereavement, loss of a job, a relationship, our home or through accident and injury. Whatever you are dealing with right now, I am glad you are here - looking for counselling support to help you make sense of what you are experiencing and to get through it is a positive first step on your journey towards feeling better.
